A flotilla is a group of yachts sailing together. Friends or a group of people with similar interests gather and sail for 1 week or several days, depending on the time of the season. This way, they get more time together for their interests while exploring new places and experiences.
Our concierge services begin with selecting a destination and route. Based on the needs of your group and your sailing experience, we will choose an area with the best weather conditions and easy accessibility by flight. We will then help you plan the route, selecting bays for swim stops, overnight anchoring spots, ports along the way, and recommend suitable restaurants in each port.
Next, we will assist you in finding and booking yachts that match your comfort or sporting requirements, whether it’s a small mono-hull or a large catamaran. Additionally, we will provide a crew from our trained team of skippers and hosts/chefs. This ensures your safety on board and guarantees that the scheduled itinerary and activities are followed.
A skipper is the master or captain of the yacht responsible for crew and yacht safety, while also being a friendly presence during your week aboard. A host/chef is in charge of provisioning, preparing breakfast and lunch, and some dinners, as well as assisting the skipper as needed. Most dinners are at restaurants/tavernas in port for more local flavors.

The yacht industry is quite complex, so for the best experience at sea for one week, a concierge service for selecting the right yacht for your needs is invaluable, especially if you are new to sailing. The range of options available is extensive, but here are some features that can truly enhance your comfort:
– Generator on board: It runs on diesel from the main tanks and produces 220v when at sea.
– AC: The yacht is equipped with several units, each serving a separate cabin. It operates when connected to shore power in ports or when running on the generator.
– Watermaker (desalinator): This device produces fresh water for use on the yacht directly from the saltwater of the sea. This provides you with full autonomy. The watermaker can run on the generator, or in some models, it can even operate on a small power inverter connected to the 12v service batteries.
For flotillas in the Med, best times are May-June and early July, or September and early October. We do not recommend late July or August as it is super high season and besides being very crowded everywhere, also the prices are significantly higher. For the Caribbean we recommend the sailing from November till April, with some exceptions on the NYE when it is super crowded.
Here are some examples of yacht types and prices for 2024-2025 season you should consider when budgeting your flotilla:
– Sailing yacht 44-50 ft, max 3-4 years old, 4-5 double cabins, for max 10 people – from 3500 eur/week.
– Standard Catamaran 40-44ft, max 3-4 years old, 4 double cabins, for 8 people – from 6500 eur/week (generator and ac on board)
– Premium Catamaran 45-52ft, 3-4 years old, 4,5 or 6 double cabins, for max 12 people – from 8500 eur/week (generator, ac and watermaker on board)
– Luxury Catamarans 54-65ft, 3-4 years old, 4,5 or 6 double cabins, for max 12 people – from 14500 eur/week (generator, ac and watermaker, water toys on board).
